How do I activate my new card?

Call 800-411-6390 or visit www.activatemycards.com for online activation.

How do I change or update my PIN?

Call 1-877-PHONPIN (7466746). An audio response unit prompts you to enter your card account number, then the primary cardholder’s social security number, and the PIN you want to select.

The PIN change is effective within 48 business hours
